Hello my name is Samuel Marc Zelley and I run this website as well as being the person behind SMZ Photography located in Wiltshire UK. I Hope you have had the time to look around the site and have liked the photos on display.

I first took up photography after my honeymoon to Africa and spending most my time with a standard bridge camera. I enjoyed looking back over the photos and realised its something I really enjoyed doing. I have mainly been self taught with the help from other photographers who are always happy to share there experiences and techniques.

I have a diploma in photography from the institute of photography and i am always learning new things along the journey. I try to mainly focus on wildlife, nature and landscapes as my main subjects as prefer to be out and about than in a studio. I don't use photoshop but free software.

I am currently using a Canon 650d camera with a Sigma 150-500mm lens mainly for wildlife, also use mobile for some work when out without camera. I work full time so trying to get out as much as I can with my camera when not working.  Hopefully soon I will be more comfortable to start properly selling some of my best photos but at the moment I'm just getting my work out there for people to see.
